Mind, Body, Soul Coaching
I would not be where I am today without support I have received from therapists, coaches and community. I truly feel I am meant to support other women on their healing journey.
We can be so set in our ways, our minds programmed through our individual journeys that we can’t ‘see’ repetitive patterns that may no longer be serving us. I think having the support of individuals that can help us ‘see’ things we may not be able to because we’re set in our ways.
When I work with clients, the mindset work and coaching is individualized based upon the needs and desires of that client. Your mind, body and soul are unique to you and so I do not offer a one sized fits all approach.
Inner work, coaching and transformation takes time; there is no quick fix. This applies to nutrition, movement and spiritual work and explanation. I am passionate about hormone balance and food as medicine.
I offer 2 times per month, 60-minute coaching sessions and on-the go coaching through a private app where you and I speak through voice messages that you utilize when it is convenient to you. If you feel that you ‘don’t have time’ the on-the-go coaching is likely a good option for you!

Two ways to receive coaching:
Monthly Virtual Coaching - $97 per month (3 month commitment)
- Monday through Friday support X 1 per day (3 minute message max including active accountability log)
- Coaching and accountability for mind, body and spirit
- 2, 60 minute virtual coaching sessions per month including 1, 60 minute virtual session to determine focus and goals for 3 months (3, 60 minute sessions for month 1)
- Virtual coaching between sessions Monday through Friday support X 1 per day (6 minute message max including active accountability log)
- Coaching and accountability for mind, body and spirit
- Includes in person/virtual physical assessment and personalized strength routine and active accountability log
Personal Training
I meet more people than not who are not motivated to exercise; they know they need it but they need accountability to actually make it happen.
I was a single sport athlete for too long, exercised only to manage my weight and despised strength training. I leaned into hard workouts and my body suffered as a result.
My approach to personal training is focused on strength and balance within the body with the goal to ensure cardiovascular help, muscle balance and strength (with a focus on core strength) and from a mindset perspective, more emphasis on loving the body you have versus ‘working off’ the food you ate, the pregnancy or hormonal weight. I am body positive and believe that we all need to love and care for our bodies. We are not all meant to be the same size.
I have a high interest on pregnancy and postpartum work because of the changes are bodies go through during our pregnancies. There is a true need for healing postpartum and I support postpartum women whether you’re still on maternity leave or your ‘baby’ is now 20; we can improve our core, pelvic floor, breathing and posture at any time. It’s never too late.
I train women in a private, cozy setting in my basement gym/studio.
